Color Patch Test 
For your safety! We may recommend a color patch test for those clients who have never had a color service. You may be required to come in 48-24 hours before your scheduled appointment. 

Children 
Our salon is a small and busy place. Our tools are hot and the chairs can be dangerous. We cherish children's safety. For the comfort of you and our other guests, children are not permitted on the styling floor unless they are receiving a service. We have a waiting area where they can have a seat. 

Lateness
We understand that there may be traffic or some other event that may cause you to be late. Please get in touch with us to let us know. After 15 minutes past your scheduled time, we may have to reschedule your appointment. 

Cell Phone Policy
We understand as busy men and women that we all need to multitask. We ask that our guests are respectful when talking on the phone, by stepping outside or in our hallway. Please use headphones if you want to watch/listen to your phone or device, as a courtesy to the others around you.

Prices and Return Policy
All prices are subject to change. All sales, including services, are final. Payment required at time of service. 

Free Parking 
Swank offers free parking in the front lot.

Cancelation Policy 
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24-48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4
hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- Any multiple services must be held with a credit card. Multiple services not cancelled 24hours in
advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. A credit card "HOLD" transaction maybe made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our TEAM SWANK members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. SWANK policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and

Walk Ins
We typically work by appointment...walk ins are welcome, but can't always be accommodated. But it is worth a try!!!
